My co-worker & I have our own computers. I am able to performa mail merge from Outlook with out problems. My co-worker cannot. We've gone thru all the steps, but when we coose "OK" from the "Merge to email" dialog box, nothing happens. We've uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office, but still have same problem. Any suggestions?
Is there somewhere I can compare settings from my Outlook with my co-worker's Outlook? |
