RSS Feeds <> grant access

Hi,

I did add an RSS-feedchannel and via properties i grant some one comment-rights. But the member doesnt see this rss feedschannel.

Should he add this channel by hisself? Cause i was expecting that this rss-channel automatically starts up he starts outlook.
