Hi,
Do you use the Mobile Services? If not, you might be able to go to (in Outlook) Tools...Options...Other...Advanced...Add-Ins (that's from memory, so you might have to poke around a bit). Find the Mobile Services add-in in the list and either uncheck it or Remove it altogether.
