When I attempt to start Outlook 2003, I get a message saying that Outlook has encountered a problem with Mobile Services and has to shut down. Can you help with that?

Hi,
Do you use the Mobile Services? If not, you might be able to go to (in Outlook) Tools...Options...Other...Advanced...Add-Ins (that's from memory, so you might have to poke around a bit). Find the Mobile Services add-in in the list and either uncheck it or Remove it altogether. |

Thank you so much for replying to my problem. Your solution actually worked. I did not find the Mobile Services add-on specifically, but I deleted (unchecked) a couple of add-ins that I considered extraneous to anything I would ever need, and now, no more crashes Thank you so much.
