when I open my emails, I am getting little boxes with a red check mark in them, how do I correct this

I must be having a blond moment, I cannot remember how to do a screen shot,

Well, depending on which version of Windows you have, you can go to Start...search for "Snipping Tool" and use that. Alternatively, you can press Alt+PrntScrn then paste it into Word or wherever.
