Hello,
I am having problems with shared Email in work. There are four of us sharing an Inbox but we don't all see the same thing at the same time. for example, I could have read and dealt with an Email before my colleague can even see it in the Inbox using her login. We are not using folder sharing permissions as it was all set up by our IT department. They are also trying to find out what this issue is but to date none of us have solved it. There are several other small anomolies like this. This has become not only very inconvenient, but also quite unusable, so if anyone has any idea at all what this could be and how we could resolve it, I would very much appreciate reading your comments.
