If this is only Outlook, please ignore.

I am trying to insert a photo into my OE in the center so that whatever the recipient has set his screen size, the photo will remain in the center. When I insert the full size photo takes up the entire screen. I downsized and it stays in center but image isn't sharp.

I can use my Win7 13" laptop and Live Mail seems to do it perfect, but 90% of my work is done on XP and OE.
