Windows 7 64bit When Outlook starts, a warning box "String was not recognized as a valide datetime"

/Safe Results: no error

There was no error with the /safe start up.

Not sure what add ins that i have except for the google calendar syn i will uninstall it and report back later...probably tomorrow.
