Retrieve amount of calendar availability and attachments automatically

I would like to know whether there is a way to retrieve the amount of calendar availability and attachments automatically from a specific person. For example, Mr. X has 10 attachments and 20 hours of availability on last week. I think it is not simple if we have to check it one by one.
