Hi guys,
I tried following this article on how to specify which OST to use: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2752583 Unfortunately, when creating a new profile and going to "More settings" (STEP 8), the options are different. I have an Advanced tab (like inSTEP 9) but it's just for changing port numbers, etc. I'm a bit desperate to fix this issue for a customer who only has a 350MB OST (no psts for some reason? i guess 2013 doesnt auto create them?). Any help is DEARLY appreciated. Thanks! |

have you tried going into Control Panel > Mail, and then setting the profile to use there?

Or create a new profile named the same as the old OST then delete the new OST created replacing it with the old one.

Thanks guys.
It turned out rather than creating the subfolders under the IMAP inbox, they were in a separate PST. Moved them over and problem solved ![]() |
