Hi,
I am trying to send a mass mail to four different contact groups using the mail merge function. The issue is that while I can send mails with an automatic greeting line that includes both the first and the last name of the recipient, I can't seem to be able to figure out how to send mails that only contain the last name. So, for example: Currently the mails start with: Dear. Mr. John Smith What I want is: Dear Mr. Smith. Any help would be very welcome. I am doing this for males and females (in german and englaish), so currently I am opting for four different list of contact (in order to do the Mr., Ms. Herr, Frau). Thanks Kaspar |

Thanks for the reply.
I have them saved in my mail contacts. The greetings lines in mail merge takes the names of individual contacts and post them into the greetings line... Or am I misunderstanding you? |
