Hi,
More information is needed to help you - was this always working and then suddenly stop? Is a new email provider being used? Also, can you tell me if you are using IMAP, POP3 or Exchange?

Sent Folder
Using POP3,NEW PROVIDER in Jan. Comcast...lots of problems, but "Sent" was working...New PC Windows 8......that is when it all changed. My settings seem to be correct according to all the information I have read.
