Filter flagged within 24hrs of received
Hi guys,
I have a shared mailbox that many staff dip into and reply to emails. They are then flagged as complete and dragged into another folder once they are complete. For reporting purposes, I can see how many were received and flagged as complete within the last month using the filters. What I would like to know is whether there is a way of filtering the emails that were flagged as complete within 24 hours of being received. I would like to know what percentage of emails are completed within 24 hours of receiving them. I would think that this would be easily done if the filter was available.
