if i am in ontario and need to book a meeting in denver, colorado,USA what time do i put in outlook??
The time difference is 2 hours and it is MTD / Mountain time - but that is not an option if it is 6:33AM in Denver it is 8:33AM in Ontario. I am working from Ontario but my meetings take place in Denver. I need the calendar to show up for the right time when I get to denver. I want the calendar so switch over and view the right times.
