Unable to open Outlook, receiving message unable to open because (myaccount)@gmail.c
Installed Office 2013 pro plus, on Win 7 64 bit. Unable to open Outlook, receiving message unable to open because (myaccount)@gmail.com.ost file cannot be found. Tried copying the old ost file, renamed it as (myaccount)@gmail.com.ost and pasted that to the proper folder, but still no luck. All other programs work perfectly. Any and all help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated?
