Guys,

I work in IT support and we have a problem with a user who is creating a reoccuring meeting which is meant to occure every Tuesday from 02/04/2013 until 25/06/2013 from 10:30 - 11:30 GMT. The meeting is being sent to a large number of people(50) within the company. However for some reason when he setup the meeting the meeting calendar icon seemed to have replicated itself to equal the number of people attending(http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...ricondups.JPG/)
The user is using Windows 7 64-bit Office 2010 and is a laptop user.

Troubleshooting steps.

1.Given myself access to his Mailbox and tested by recreating a new profile which replicates the problem.


2.Deleted profile and recreated but no joy.
3.Attempted to delete the icons but the have repopulated.
4.Verified that this appears on both webmail and blackberry, which it does.
5.There is also a message ''This item was not completely updated during the last server synchronization' - would this have any bearing on this issue?
6.When i open one of the icons it displays the exact meeting details.

Can somebody at all provide any suggestions on how i can troubleshoot/resolve this issue please?
