Unfortunately, if the letters have all been personalised (hence, I presume, the mail merge) with different names, etc. - then they have to be sent as individual emails. The only way to send one email to multiple people is if they are going to receive EXACTLY the same letter - word for word - without ANY personalisation. (i.e. Dear all, lalala!)
