1. Have you tried deleting and recreating the profile? (in some cases this may work)
2. How long has this been occurring? just recently? 3. How do you have your email configured? POP, Exchange, IMAP? Please keep me updated, and I will do our best to further assist you.  happily using The Message Center Hosted Exchange, Hosted CRM Hosted SharePoint, Hosted Zimbra
