I have a client that I just set up a Gmail account for, and he uses Outlook as his email reader. Since he had an extensive tree of folders from the popping that he did with his old email account, I dragged and dropped the various folders into the Gmail Imap tree. This seemed to work (as I can see the folders and emails within Gmail on the web), but he is getting the following error now regularly:
0x800CC0F 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for ...@gmail.com. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and/or is there a solution? Thanks very much, David |
