Setting up outlook

Hi,

I am trying to set up Outlook for my business but I am having some trouble. I am not great at computers so please be patient.

I have purchased a domain name from 1&1, and have got an exchange account now.



I am trying to enter the email address into outlook set up but its telling me: "An encryption connection to your mail server is not available." Im not sure what this means, can someone please advise me?
