Hi,

Your mother can use the "mouse wheel" to instantly increase or decrease the font size in an Outlook window. However you cannot make the change permanent and the font always goes back to normal.

Finally, there's a $5 add-in on (ahem) my own site, at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outloo...il-Windows.asp. It makes the zoom factor permanent unlike scrolling the mouse wheel.
