Hi,
Does your rule end with "and Stop processing more rules"? This action is needed to prevent any other rules from acting upon the message. Do any other rules move messages into or out of that folder? You can always take the somewhat drastic step of cleaning out all your rules. This link explains how to do it: http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/2161/...line_switches/ Hope this helps! Mike Sperry http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Power-Rules-Manager.asp Print, sort, and edit your Outlook rules in a convenient grid format! |
