Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 using Vista

After putting my Acer Aspire 5920 on Vista back to factory settings this is what has happened, also I'm setting up my outlook through googlemail,



I have loaded the above disc on my machine but I can only open it in safe mode, I set it up and do the test email and i receive it in my google email. When i try to open outlook it says "Microsoft Exchange is unavailable" It says retry but this doesn't work so then click on work offline then it says "Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the internet and you are using the proper server and mailbox name. Ooutlook must be on line or connected to complete this action" Some say change the account settings, but i can't even get into it.............sooo frustrating!! I used to have enterprise but not got the disc anymore!!
I must confess I am using 3Connect dongle but this isn't normally any problem.
