I use this on a desktop and a laptop. Will it work if I install it on another desktop I bought? When I purchased the download online, it said I had unlimited downloads for 5 years, but also said it can only be on 1 desktop and 1 portable device. Thus, will it fail to activate on my 2nd desktop?

Hi Axxel,
The download entitlement has nothing to do with the installation entitlement. Sure, you can download as often as you like, but the license agreement specifies how many (and what kinds) PCs the software can be installed on. For Office Pro & Ultimate, the license permits installation on two laptops, or one dektop and one laptop. If you try installing on another PC (as opposed to re-installing on an existing one), you may well find yourself unable to activate the new installation with your existing product key.
