![]() Here is the scenario. Suppose I am the secretary of my local photographic club. I have all the members as contacts in outlook. Each is marked in categories as a club member. Question. Can I create a mass email using the categories entries so I can send a news letter? If so, how do I go about it? Thanks in advance. |

Matelot,
1. Open Contacts 2. Click View > Current View > By Category 3. Click the Category to highlight it (the contact for that category should be listed below) 4. Click Actions > Create > New Message to Contact This should open a new email message with every contact's email address in the To: address line. Hope this helps you accomplish what you're doing! Thanks. I knew there must be a way of doing this. It just didn't make sense for there not to be.
Again - Thanks |

Matelot,
If you put the email addresses in the 'bcc' then all the other members don't see each other email addresses. |
