importing old gmail messages to outlook 2007

I reinstalled outlook 2007 and would like to import all emails from gmail POP3 to Outlook. How do I do that?

Figured out by myself, "allow all mail" must be allowed in gmail. Thanks for reading my question, maybe this will help someone in the future.
