![]() I recently just moved from my old PC (Windows XP/ Office XP) to my new laptop (Vista/Office 2007). I have transferred most of my stuff across, but I can't get onto my email account (using Microsoft Outlook) I need to be able to access my emails ASAP What do i do? |

Bonz,
Hopefully you still have your old PC. If so you will need to: 1. Open Outlook on old PC 2. Export a PST file of your mailbox (or part of mailbox) (preferably onto a flash drive or other device so you can transfer - I like to export to desktop then copy to external drive) 3. Create a new profile on your new PC 4. Import the PST file into your new Outlook profile All of this of course depends on how you are using Outlook: Pop3, IMAP, or MS Exchange server. If you are using an Exchange server (I do with The Message Center - it's awesome!) you can get your E-mail on any computer or mobile device and it always syncs no matter where you open E-mail.
