Default Can a copy/duplicate of an email be forwarded to another address?

Hi I would like to know if I could have a "copy / duplicate" of an email sent to me in my outlook inbox forwarded to say my gmail acct (IE: myname@gmail.com).
I know you can forward the email to another email address but I would like to have a copy stay in outlook inbox as well. Thank you for you time
