Adi2012,
You will need to perform two steps to get this to work correctly. First, create a distribution List or contact Group. The following link contains the proper instructions on how to create a contact group in various methods. I recommend a simply Email contact group. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...010266586.aspx Second, You need to decide if you are going to simply manually send the message to the group conatct list or want it to do it automattaclly when a message from myemail@mycompany.com arrives. If you want it to send automatically, you will need to create a client side rule. The rule will require you to set it up for inbound mail received to that address and sent to that contact Group. Hope this helps. |
