Global Address Book Editing
As an administrative assistant I have been given the task to edit, update create and delete addresses in the Global Address Book of my company with about 200 or so employees. We have 3 IT people and with them installing an AX system they do not have the time to keep it updated. What do I need to have done for me to be able to carry this out? The IT people seem to think it can't be done.

Dernspiker,
It is possible to modify members within a Global Address list. 1. Open the address book and choose the list you wish to edit by double-clicking it. Within the next window, choose, "Modify Members." You should be able to Add,Delete and Edit every entree in the list. Hope this helps.
