As an administrative assistant I have been given the task to edit, update create and delete addresses in the Global Address Book of my company with about 200 or so employees. We have 3 IT people and with them installing an AX system they do not have the time to keep it updated. What do I need to have done for me to be able to carry this out? The IT people seem to think it can't be done.
