This is awakening an old thread, however just today my accountant and a client have been embarrassed as these not read receipts were sent to their clients and one ended up with disgruntled clients and the other lost a lucrative contract.

I know that some think it's cute, but in business this can be the difference between winning a substantial contract and missing out when a bid is submitted and this is the response.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
