![]() OK, I give up. How do you import contacts from another Outlook 2010 client? |

First you will have to export the contacts from the other Outlook 2010 client and then import in the one which you want.

Thanks. I guess my question was unclear. I am trying to find out where in outlook I can do imports/exports. Using the Help facility, it references a Business Contacts Manager, which does not exist on my platform as far as I can see. I am running Office 2010 Home and Business - with current updates. Is this Contacts Manager required for import/export?

Hi david,
You have option to import & Export contacts from Outlook 2010. Click the File tab > Options >Advanced >Import and Export Wizard > File to import, click Browse, select the file that you want to import, and then click OK. |

Thanks. That last was just what I needed. I suspected that it would be buried, but would never have guessed the place. Entering "import" or "export" in the Help tab was completely useless. You guys, however, are great. Many thanks.
