When I try to use Outlook 2010 on WIN 7 machine I get a message: "The file C:\Users|Owner|Documents|Outlook.pst cannot be found". It's nowhere in the computer according to Windows search. Office re-install would not help.
Some history. I installed Outlook long time (few month) ago, but never used it at all. There is a good chance that I accidentally deleted the pst file during computer maintenance. I uninstalled x86 Office version hoping that uninstall would remove all the problems. After that I installed x64 version of the Office. The problem is still there. Since I have not used Outlook yet, it does not have any useful information. Where can I find the starting Outlook.pst, so I can plant it where Outlook expects it to be? How can I otherwise get my Outlook going? Your help is much appreciated in advance. gm Last edited by gm10; 07-11-2012 at 08:23 AM. |

Hi,
If you have lost the PST file than you never get your outlook data, So you should check again PST file at default location in your system. |
