errors "��z{i���{"

I recently bought two new computers from dell that are running windows 7 home premium. I installed office 2007 suite on both new machines and everything worked fine. However I noticed some of my emails coming through on outlook on one account did not have the message that was sent to me included instead i found ��z{i���{. On other machines I get the same email but instead of symbols I get the actual message. I've looked through many different forums and I have been unable to find an answer to this problem. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem or haw to fix it? Thanks in advance!
