Need New Business Contact Manager 2007

I have Office 2007 Professional w/Business Contact Manager. The BCM is corrupted and I need to try a fix or re-load it. My problem is that I cannot find my original Office CD. I ordered a replacement from Microsoft but they no longer make the 2007 BCM and it is not included.



Any ideas of how to obtain the BCM for Office 2007???

Hi Ridge,

Can you explain what is the error be shown when you re-load the BCM ?

You can try to fix :
1. Start outlook 2007 in safe mode and then access BCM(Business contact manager).
2. If you have installed hotfix then uninstall it and Disable all outlook add-in

Have you tried to open outlook in safe mode? After that try to access BCM.
