Hi Ridge,

Can you explain what is the error be shown when you re-load the BCM ?

You can try to fix :
1. Start outlook 2007 in safe mode and then access BCM(Business contact manager).
2. If you have installed hotfix then uninstall it and Disable all outlook add-in
