Hi,
I am wanting to set up a variety of email responses to enquiries for my sales staff. Whilst I know how to make templates and can set them up to work on computers in the local office, we have regional offices that I can't physically get to. The guys at these regional offices aren't very computer literate, so I want to be able to send them the templates that can EASILY be installed and accessed on their outlook, maybe by even setting up buttons. Does anyone know if this is possible, or has someone had similar circumstances? When I say they are computer illiterate, i mean it!! Thanks James |
