hi everyone



i am having a frustrating time with this issue.

i have office home and buissness 2010 suit which i purchased online downloaded and installed and had the disc mailed to me.

i receive emails and they are there in the inbox for the duration of the day i can close out look and reopen later in the day and emails are there that i have received for that day. However if i open outlook after midnight all the previous days emails are gone and inbox is empty and i cant see past emails even emails i have not opened yet. its a date change after midnight and all previous days emails have disappeared. this has been going on for a couple of weeks now.

i do not have auto delete emails after read and as i have stated even unread emails have disappeared.

i uninstalled office and reinstalled it but i still have the same problem, i have goggled the problem and so far cannot find anyone who has a similar problem to resolve the issue.

it is very frustrating can some please help me here?

its ok microsoft tech support stepped in some now it was changed to imap from pop so we believe its fixed now :-)
