I am using outlook 2003 to contact to an exchange 2010 server. I have configured the encryption on the outlook profile. When I log in to an account to try and access the mailbox, I get an error "The set of folders could not be opened". I followed the instructions in the show help and ran a scanost.exe, I got the error "Cannot open your mailbox. You must connect to your Microsoft exchange Server computer with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file." I am able to ping my exchange server's ip and dns name. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank you
