All,
In our company, we have outlook set up so colleagues in a department can view each other's mailboxes (setup through distribution/security groups i believe). I have mirrored the settings setup by our previous IT guy but the mailbox is still not appearing in other colleagues outlook. I have set the folder permissions in outlook, I have even added the colleagues to the manage full access section on exchange. Any advice/steps to get this solved? |
