When I use "TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS" it fails, when I try to send an email it fails, when I try to receive and email from a different account it fails. It seems to be anything BUT a basic task since I've been messing around with this for almost a week. I'm to the point now that I'm going to try to get my money back.
I has told me that when I start up Outlook after istalling Connector it should come to a configure screen. Nothing happens. It tells me that after entering all of the required information it will work, nothing happens. I just don't know. If it was that easy I'd have thought I'd have gotten to work by now. I got SOME action out of it using YPOPS and a Yahoo account, absolutely NOTHING with my Windows Live account.
When I try to send it just stays in the OUTBOX until I delete it. Last time it was about 20 minutes. The instructions state to enter the password the ISP gave me. My ISP has never given me a password therefore I cannot enter it.
I've read and done everything I can think of but to no avail until I am now at wits end. If there is more to this than everyone and everything is telling me, I wish some one would put it print so I can get this worked out. Any thoughts?
