So their current profile loaded fine, and loaded their archive pst file.

Do I need to rename their OST file to the new profile name and load it that way?

Hi ,

You can’t access the data of OST file just by renaming the OST file name. The correct procedure is to convert OST to PST file. Once OST file get converted to PST file then you can import data from converter PST file. This way you can recover email information from OST file.
