I have created several rules to automatically categorize incoming emails based on the sender's email address.

Now I have hundreds of existing emails that I would like to find a way to just click on the email and add it to the category rule.

I do not want to go back to the rule set and guess which email goes into which category.

Any thoughts?



And when I get a new email from a new sender, I would prefer to have a button that I could click and add them to the category (instead of adding them to the address book, then going to the rule wizard and selecting this person into the specific rule.

Help.
