I recently upgraded to outlook 2010 from 2003.
I now (supposedly) have one address book but if I search for a name THREE separate versions of it pop up! So, what I did was edit each (with A B & C appended to the name) so I could identify the individual entries and work out where they are located. It turns out that only the C version is listed in my address book! Where are the other two that show up when I search and what can I do to make sure I only have one? I also sync by the way with a PIA BB... |
