Default Outlook Template help

Hi everybody,

I setup an Outlook Template and sent it to our office users who saved it as a form and use it to fill out info. When users create a new messsage with that Form and fill the info out, they send it to me with the info.

But in my Inbox, it rips the template apart and has it display as an unformatted text message.

Other users who recieve these tempaltes get them in their correct HTML form with all the info - I can't figure out why my Outlook is doing this. Oddly, when I send myself the form it works, it's just when other users send it where this problem occurs - any ideas?
