I am using Outlook as part of MS Enterprise 2007.
I use shortcuts extensively with links to various clients. For instance, I will create a shortcut group for a client and then add shortcuts to their Outlook email folder and Windows Explorer folder as well as links to relevant applications such as a specific spreadsheet. I have found this approach to be very time efficient. The one thing that is missing is a direct link to a specific contact form ie. the clients contact form without having to search the address books. I think this may be a similar request to one made in 2010 which was not answered. https://www.msofficeforums.com/proje...t-outlook.html If anyone has an idea how to do this, I would appreciate it. thanks in advance |
