Default Rogue File Message when accessing Outlook7

When I access Outlook a message indicates "the path specified etc etc outlook\archive1.pst is not valid"
The message maybe correct as it points to a previously defined outlook data file which is not longer there.

I have tried to remove this rogue via the file menu but the option to remove is not there. I have tried to remove it via the account settings in the Data File but the invalid file message is not displayed.

Anyone any thoughts on a quick and idiot proof resolution to resolve this I am not a tecky so it needs to like solution for a dummy.

Cheers
