Hey thanks Tupham, unfortunately it did not work.
The message "the file path specified for the file F:\FreeAgentFolders\Outlook\Outlook\archive1.pst is not valid"
Or "the set of folders cannot be opened the file path specified for the file F:\FreeAgentFolders\Outlook\Outlook\archive1.pst is not valid"
When I open Outlook this message is displayed in a window and also when I select the folder and when I right click and select Close "Personal Folder" from the file menu.
I have tried to remove the file using the Datafile management option "the requested operation failed".
The actual folder is now my G Drive perhaps I could rename it?
I have a WD B/Up Drive using the F:\ slot.
