Default Grouping email subjects by unique indentifier

Newcomer here!

I was wondering if someone could help me out with the following.

We use a work flow tracking system that sends out emails with Ticket########## also in the subject. My problem is trying to keep the emails it generates all together using the conversation sorting in Outlook2007. The subjects are constantly changing as we append different items to the subject throughout the life of the mail but the Ticket# at the end is always the same. I would very much like to group all emails in a specific folder no matter what is in the subject by the constant Ticket#.
